Frequently Asked Questions

Browse our frequently asked questions for detailed insights into our services, scheduling, and therapeutic approaches. Find answers to common queries to ease your journey toward healing and growth.

  • How long will therapy take?

That depends on you and what you're working through. Some people come for a few months, others longer. We’ll check in regularly and figure it out together.

  • What kind of trauma do you specialize in?

I work with all kinds, emotional, physical, sexual, complex trauma, and PTSD. I also work well with people in high-stress jobs who’ve been carrying a lot for too long.

  • What if I’m nervous about starting?

That’s normal. Starting something new, especially this personal, can feel scary. My job is to make it feel easier. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.

  • How do I know if I really need trauma therapy?

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or haunted by things from your past, therapy might help. If life feels heavy or like something’s always off, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

  • Can trauma therapy actually help me feel better?

Yes, it can. With the right tools and support, most people feel real relief. It won’t be instant, but it can absolutely be better than it is now.
